For free hosting, it's okay for a single small WP site. If you're running 'a few sites' or anything with decent traffic, you'll definitely want to go with one of their premium plans. The free tier will struggle hard.

It's free, but like, don't expect it to handle tons of traffic or anything. I used it for a while and it was good for a simple blog but you'll hit limits pretty quick if you want more features or speed.
